Deliver safe, effective, and non-judgmental care at all times
Because every family deserves support, reassurance, and peace of mind as they welcome new life.
About Me
I’m a registered midwife with over 10 years of experience working across antenatal, labour, and postnatal care. I currently work as a Ward Manager in a busy NHS maternity unit and also lead care for private maternity patients.
Over the years, I’ve supported hundreds of families always placing safety, empathy, and clear communication at the heart of my practice. Through this work, I’ve seen firsthand how much time, attention, and continuity of care matter to new parents.
Working within the NHS, I saw how often families longed for more time with their midwives time to ask questions, to process their birth, and to receive real emotional and feeding support. Unfortunately, the demands and fast pace of the NHS often mean this simply isn't possible.
Providing one-to-one care for private patients helped me truly see the difference that extra time and continuity can make. It deepened my passion for creating a service where that standard of care is the norm and not the exception.
While many services focus heavily on antenatal care, there is often a gap in professional continuity during the postnatal period, a time that is just as important, if not more so. I founded The Mother & Baby Partnership to fill that gap: to offer families ongoing, skilled support that doesn’t stop after birth.
The Mother & Baby Partnership is a growing team of experienced, like-minded midwives dedicated to delivering safe, compassionate, and consistent postnatal care. We also work alongside trusted professionals such as lactation consultants, to ensure families receive holistic, expert support tailored to their needs.
