Booking Policy

At The Mother & Baby Partnership, we aim to make your booking process smooth, transparent, and respectful of both your time and ours.

Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings must be confirmed in writing (via email or contact form).

  • Bookings are only secured once full payment has been received for the chosen service or package.

  • We recommend booking early to ensure availability, particularly for antenatal or combined packages.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is required in full before care begins.

  • Payment details will be provided upon confirmation of availability.

  • We accept bank transfer. Payment plans may be discussed in advance for larger packages.

Cancellation & Changes

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee or loss of that visit.

  • Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable unless there are extenuating circumstances.

Refunds

  • Refunds for unused visits (within a package) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • If care is discontinued due to clinical reasons or transfer to hospital, we will assess any unused care and refund accordingly.

  • Refunds are not provided for completed visits or sessions.

Emergencies & NHS Registration

  • In the event of an emergency, we will advise you to attend hospital or contact NHS 999 as appropriate.

  • All clients must remain registered with an NHS Trust or GP.

  • Our service is not a replacement for NHS maternity care and we do not attend births.
